We are being asked to help design lesson plans to fully engage students. The initial meetings are this Friday and  next Wednesday. I will have to be out on both of these days.  I will have my computer with me so if anything comes up you may email me.

This week in math students will continue practicing their 5th Grade skills. We will work on 5th Grade level multiplication. In 5th Grade students will have to use the standard multiplication algorithm. The problems will extend to 3 digits by 2 digits, 4 digits by 2 digits, and 5 digits by 2 digits. Please watch this video for more information

In science this week we will begin learning about weathering and erosion

In social studies we will begin learning about how the introduction of railroads brought tourism to our state.

Have a GREAT week,
Aesha
