Happy Diwali Everyone,
A big thank you goes out to Aashi J. and her mom for teaching us all about the celebration of Diwali this past Friday. We had fun learning all about Diwali and creating our own Puja Thali's.
Students will be bring home their 1st quarter report cards on Monday 10/24. The report card has a detachable slip on the bottom right corner. You do not need to sign that part of the report card. You only need to sign the outside of the report card envelope and return it to school as soon as possible. Inside the envelope you will find your child's report card and gifted progress report (for those that are staffed gifted). The forms are for you to keep for your records.

This week in math, we will continue our work with multi-digit multiplication. This week we will begin working on the standard algorithm for multiplication. Students will multiply one, two, and three digit numbers by one digit numbers, two digit number by a two digit number, and three digit number by a two digit number.
